Attorney Bhandary-Alexander joined the firm in 2008 after clerking for the Hon. Linda K. Davis of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Prior to her clerkship, Attorney Bhandary-Alexander was a law fellow in the General Counsel’s office of the Service Employees International Union in Washington, D.C. During law school, she interned for the Legal Aid Society − Employment Law Center in San Francisco, the Hon. James T. Giles of U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and Greater Boston Legal Services, Asian Outreach Unit.
Attorney Bhandary-Alexander graduated from Boston University in 2000 with a B.A. in Anthropology and spent part of her junior year abroad in Niger, West Africa. She completed a dual degree J.D./M.P.H. from Northeastern University School of Law and Tufts University School of Medicine in 2006.
Attorney Bhandary-Alexander is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), the Connecticut Bar Association, the Connecticut Employment Lawyers Association, the New Haven County Bar, and the South Asian Bar Association of Connecticut.
